Terms of Use

1.Agreement

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and the operator of PromptGO. PromptGO is developed and operated by an independent developer based in Istanbul, Türkiye. By downloading, installing or using the PromptGO app or website you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use PromptGO. These Terms are concluded between you and us only, not with Apple Inc. or Google LLC. We, not Apple or Google, are solely responsible for PromptGO and its content.

2.Who can use PromptGO

You must be at least 16 years old and old enough to enter into a binding contract in your country (or have permission from a parent or guardian). You may not use PromptGO if the laws of your country bar you from doing so or if you are subject to sanctions that prohibit it.

3.Your account

PromptGO creates an account for you automatically. If you don't sign in with Apple or Google, the account exists only on your phone: if you delete the app or lose the phone, you cannot get it (or a subscription tied to it) back unless you restore purchases through your store. Signing in lets you restore your scripts and Pro on another device. Keep access to your Apple or Google account secure; you are responsible for activity in your PromptGO account. You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Account.

4.License to use the app

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use PromptGO for your personal or professional purposes, in line with these Terms and the rules of the store you got it from (on iOS, on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Usage Rules). You may not copy, modify, sell, rent, sublicense or distribute the app; reverse engineer or decompile it except where the law allows this despite this restriction; remove notices or watermarks; bypass subscription checks or usage limits; or use it to build a competing product.

5.Your content

You own the scripts, recordings and other content you create with PromptGO. To run the service, you give us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, back up, sync, transmit and process your content only as needed to provide the features you use (for example syncing scripts or creating captions). This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies in backups, which are deleted on their normal schedule. We do not use your content for advertising and do not use it to train AI models. You are responsible for your content and confirm that you have the rights needed for it, including the consent of people you record where the law requires it.

6.Acceptable use

Do not use PromptGO to: break the law or infringe anyone's rights (including copyright, privacy and publicity rights); record people without the consent the law requires; create content that is illegal, deceptive, harassing or hateful, or that sexually exploits minors; impersonate others or create misleading deepfakes; send spam or malware; attack, overload or reverse engineer our servers or the AI features, or extract data from them automatically. We may restrict features or suspend accounts used in breach of these rules.

7.AI features

PromptGO can generate scripts and captions with artificial intelligence provided by a third party. AI output is created automatically, may be inaccurate, incomplete or similar to output given to others, and does not represent our views. Review and edit it before you use or publish it; you are responsible for how you use it. To the extent the law allows, you own the output generated for you. Daily fair-use limits apply to the AI features.

8.PromptGO Pro subscriptions

PromptGO Pro unlocks additional features (such as exports without a watermark, higher video quality, auto captions and mirror mode). It is offered as an auto-renewing subscription, currently weekly or yearly; the price and billing period are shown in the app before you buy. • Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account when you confirm the purchase. • The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends. • You can manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings (in the app: Settings → Manage subscription). Canceling stops future renewals; you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. • If a free trial is offered, it converts into a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel before; any unused part of a trial ends when you buy a subscription. • Price changes follow the rules of Apple or Google, which notify you and, where required, ask for your consent. • Deleting the app or your PromptGO account does not cancel the subscription. • You can restore purchases on a new device in Settings → Restore purchases. • We may change, add or remove Pro features over time; we will not remove essential features you paid for during a paid period without offering a remedy required by law.

9.Refunds and withdrawal

Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, who handle refunds under their policies (App Store: reportaproblem.apple.com; Google Play: your order history). If you are a consumer in the EU, the UK, Türkiye or another country that gives a right of withdrawal for digital content, you ask that PromptGO Pro starts immediately after purchase; your withdrawal and refund rights are handled by the store under its procedures and the mandatory law of your country. Nothing in these Terms limits those rights.

10.Free version

PromptGO can be used for free with some limits. Videos exported with the free version include a PromptGO watermark and are limited to standard quality.

11.Our intellectual property

PromptGO, its software, design, name and logo belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not give you any rights to them other than the license above. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without obligation to you.

12.Third-party services

PromptGO works with services of third parties (such as Apple, Google, sharing to other apps, and our AI and hosting providers). Their terms apply to your use of them and we are not responsible for them. On iOS, you must also follow the App Store Terms of Service and Usage Rules.

13.Availability and changes

We work to keep PromptGO available and to improve it, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors. We may update, change or discontinue features. Keep your own copies of important recordings and scripts.

14.Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, PromptGO is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Some countries do not allow these exclusions; if you are a consumer, you keep all statutory rights (for example the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content), and nothing here limits them. On iOS: if the app fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price of the app (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app.

15.Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or loss of data or content (including recordings stored on your device), and our total liability for all claims relating to PromptGO is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for PromptGO in the 12 months before the claim or USD 50. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, gross negligence or intent, or to your statutory rights as a consumer.

16.Indemnity

If you use PromptGO for business purposes, or break these Terms or the law, you agree to cover reasonable losses and costs (including legal fees) that we incur because of claims by others arising from your content or your breach. This does not apply to consumers where the law does not allow it.

17.Apple and Google

• Apple and Google have no obligation to provide maintenance or support for PromptGO; we are responsible for that (contact below). • We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims by you or third parties relating to PromptGO, including product liability claims, claims that the app fails to meet legal or regulatory requirements, and claims under consumer protection, privacy or similar laws. • If a third party claims that PromptGO or your use of it infringes their intellectual property rights, we, not Apple, are responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement and discharge of that claim. • You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. • Apple and its subsidiaries (for the iOS app) and Google (for the Android app) are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

18.Suspension and termination

You can stop using PromptGO and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, if the law requires it, or to protect users or the service; where reasonable, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as content ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law) survive termination.

19.Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms, for example when we change features or the law changes. We will let you know about significant changes in a reasonable way (for example in the app or on our website). If you don't agree with the new Terms, you can stop using PromptGO and delete your account before they apply; otherwise the new Terms apply from their effective date.

20.Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring claims in the courts of your country; consumers in Türkiye may also apply to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts. 21.General

If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest remains in effect. Not enforcing a right is not a waiver of it. We may transfer these Terms to a successor (for example a company set up to run PromptGO); you may not transfer them without our consent. We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about PromptGO. They are written in English; translations are for convenience and the English version prevails to the extent permitted by law.
